Ian has over 300 hours of live television presenting experience;

2012 has seen a return to the front of the camera for Ian with appearances on ITV's "This Morning" and Sky News for the paper review Ian can been seen most weeks on The X Factor and The Xtra Factor and twitter has started a "Find Roycey" game during TV's most watched show.

Ian was presenter of ‘The Blue Review’ and ‘Students Choice’, (which won a BAFTA for best BBC2 documentary) as well as the hugely popular, late night, ‘Indecent Proposal’ which was filmed on location in Ibiza. Ian has also presented three pilots for the shows “Quantum” “Numbers Galore” and “Zoom”

RADIO

Ian has been forging a formidable reputation on radio ‘Talk Sport’, is where it started and he covered for every presenter including Mike Dikin, James Whale, Ian Collins and Charlie Wolf. Not a month went by without Ian’s dulcet tones being heard across the nation. Such is his popularity and talent that he was in regular demand by the presenters to keep their seats hot and their listeners tuned in while they were away.

THEATRE

Ian starred in the hugely successful hit West End show ‘Boogie Nights’ at the Savoy Theatre along side Shane Richie. He also toured with ‘Boogie Nights’ for 18 months playing every major theatre in the United Kingdom. Ian has also appeared in four pantomimes playing everything form Buttons to an Ugly Sister!

Ian has also finished the live theatre tour of “Britons Got Talent” where he was received with huge acclaim by both the industry and the UK press. Ian has entertained upwards of 8000 people at the X Factor arena audition tour, once again proving he is as funny and entertaining to an audience of 100 as he is to thousands.

Ian was responsible for entertaining 12000 people at the X Factor live finals at Wembley Arena and 10000 people at the Manchester MEN for the BBC Children In Need charity concert.

COMEDY

Ian has been performing stand up for 25 years and has had people laughing from the troops in Bosnia, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Afghanistan Northern Island and Kabul, to over a thousand sailors aboard two aircraft carriers!

Stand up has taken Ian to Toronto Canada to work in the two most prestigious comedy clubs in North America ‘Second City’ and ‘Yuk Yuks’, whilst at home Ian is often seen in comedy clubs such as The Comedy Store, Standing Ovation, The Bear Cat Club, The Kings Head and Ha Bloody Ha. Ian started his comedy career in the workingmen clubs of England, and he never forgets his roots, he plays Bingo and watches a “Turn” once a year to remind himself about the long drive home from Newcastle!

Cruising saw Ian visit every Caribbean island and work for every major cruise company, doing his last cruise aboard the QE2 from Southampton to new York, and back again!

CORPORATE

Ian specializes in tailoring his act into award ceremonies, auctions and specialist company functions. This has seen him build a hugely impressive client list with such companies as BMW, The Mo Farrah Foundation, O2, Virgin Interactive, Barclays Bank, NSPCC, The Kelly Group, P&M, Microsoft, Price Waterhouse, The Mirror Group, Cancer Research, Dixon’s, Lincoln Financial, Mr. Kipling, Cellet travel, Virgin, Carlson Wagonlit, Green Flag, British Airways, O2, Virgin Holidays and The Las Vegas Tourist Board to name but a few.

He has worked in every major hotel and ballroom in the country, as well as across Europe, America, Canada and Australia.

Ian’s specialty at corporate functions is his ability to connect to the company message, feel the working vibe and perform almost like he had worked for them for years, getting to know every nook and cranny (as well as the gossip) to put him heads above most corporate hosts.
